Sharon Price

Charity Director and Lead Teacher

Sharon taught RE at a secondary school in the north of England for a number of years. She also helps to lead the primary age work at her church in Easton. Other interests include baking, reading, and listening to history podcasts. She is involved in all aspects of the charity and teaches in both the primary and secondary teams and has a passion for creating workshops for SEND pupils.

 

Chloe sargent

KS2 Curriculum Lead and Teacher

Chloe studied Primary Education at UWE and has since taught in a variety of schools across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. She now works as a primary teacher on our team. Chloe is actively involved in her church; serving on the worship team and volunteering with children’s Christian camps. In her spare time, she loves singing, playing and exploring with her husband and two little boys.

 

jESS OTTAWAY

KS3/4 Curriculum Lead and Teacher

Jess studied Theology at the University of Birmingham before completing her PGCE in RE. She taught for 12 years in secondary schools in Kidderminster, Devon and Bristol, as well as 6 months teaching in India. She is actively involved with her church in Stoke Gifford, leading a life group, and as a governor at her local primary school, as the RE link. Jess has two energetic daughters and loves to dance. 

 

Sian Campbell-colquhoun

EYFS and KS1 Curriculum Lead and Teacher

Sian has been a humanities teacher for 30 years, in both primary and secondary schools, and currently works part time for Redland church as their children's and families' minister. She also volunteers with the Amigos charity in Uganda, delivering self-worth courses to vulnerable teenagers. Sian hosts annual women's retreats for the Armed Forces Christian Union and in the little spare time left, she loves swimming and making bunting!

 

Emily bakula

Classroom and Resourcing Assistant

Emily worked as a nursery nurse in a number of primary schools in Bristol, before moving to the Middle East with her family to serve as missionaries for eight years. Now back in Bristol, Emily is excited to join the team as classroom assistant. She serves in her local church mainly with children's ministry, and she volunteers in an English conversation class with refugees. Emily loves spending time with her husband and two sons and enjoys travelling.
